Trevor Rees-Jones Scout Camp at Clements Scout Ranch
Winter Camp at Trevor Rees-Jones Scout Camp in Athens, Texas, is a four-day, four-night jamboree-style camping event for Scouts BSA troops, Sea Scout ships and Venturing crews. It is Circle Ten Council's single largest camping event and is staffed by Circle Ten's Mikanakawa Lodge of the Order of the Arrow. Many units consider it the highlight of their yearly camping program.
Units camp jamboree-style with multiple units in a single campsite. The chance to make new friends from outside your immediate Scouting circle is one of the key rewards. Food is prepared by each unit in their campsites with the option to pay for a staff prepared Camper Dinner on Day 4.
Each morning, Scouts can work on merit badges, training, participate in C.O.P.E., ATV Experience or take part in special living history programs in the Mountain Man area. We will host a Polar Bear Plunge on the morning of Day 4.
Afternoons offer a wide-range of activities including competitive games, range and target activities, climbing and rappelling, activities in the living history areas, ATV Experience, pen making, trail rides, ziplines and more!
Evenings include special events like Opening and Closing Campfire, an OA Brotherhood Walk, a movie night, a Camp Staff Reunion and& Honor Society Social, Cowboy Action Competition, or just relaxing in the campsite around the campfire.

- Winter Camp Leader's Meeting will be Wednesday, October 22 at 7:00 p.m. - Online and in person at the John D. Murchison Scouting Center (this will be recorded)
- Online Trading Post Pre-Order Deadline is November 4.
- Program Sign Up will open in Black Pug on November 17.
- Registration closes on December 21.
