Welcome to the Circle Ten Council NOESA and Alumni Committee page.
We are working on growing our committee so that we can continue supporting present and future generations of Scouts.
Stay Connected. It is worth it! There is so much happening in Scouting and we don't want you to miss out. Whether you are interested in learning about new Eagle Scouts, talks delivered by famous Scouting alumni, our high adventure bases including or most recent base The Summit, no matter where you go you can stay connected.
NESA Outstanding Eagle Scout Award
The NESA Outstanding Eagle Scout Award (NOESA) is a prestigious recognition granted by the local council NESA committee to Eagle Scouts who have demonstrated outstanding achievement at the local, state, or regional level. Unlike the Distinguished Eagle Scout Award—which is a national award—the NOESA recognizes Eagle Scouts whose efforts have made a positive impact closer to home.
