Before recruiting season begins, take time to map out your year:

• What schools or communities will you recruit from?
• When will you host your joining events?
• Who is responsible for each step?
• How will you follow up with interested families?

A simple plan creates clarity. And clarity creates confidence.

Your goal is not to make this complicated. Your goal is to make it intentional. Work with your District Membership Chair and District Executive. They are working to support your recruitment efforts.
