If you are in a leadership position that has you in direct contact with youth such as Cub Den Leaders/Assistant Den Leaders, Cubmasters/Assistant Cubmasters, Scoutmasters/Assistant Scoutmasters, and Venturing Crew Advisors/Associate Advisors, then you must take Hazardous Weather Training every 2 years.
