If the last Youth Protection Training you took was YPT, then you must take the new full 90 minute Safeguarding Youth Training as all YPT trainings were force expired on May 31, 2026.

The 20 minute SYT refresher will only count if you have previously taken the full 90 minute SYT course and it has not expired more than 6 days ago.

If you have taken SYT but it has expired 7 or more days ago or your scored less than an 80% on the SYT refresher training, you must take the full 90 minute course again.
