What are the dates and fees in 2026?

Dates:

  • Staff week:
  • Week 1: June 7 - 13 ... waitlist open
  • Week 2: June 14 - 20
  • Week 3: June 21 - 27
  • Week 4: June 28 - July 4
  • Week 5: July 5 - 11
  • Week 6: July 12 - 18

Fees:

Youth: $450 each (ends May 15, 2026 at 10:59 p.m. CST), $470 after that time

Adult: $250 each (ends May 15, 2026 at 10:59 p.m. CST), $275 after that time

$100 payment due with reservation
Fees due on the date by 10:59 p.m.

Beginning October 1 - March 1 – $100 per Scout due

Beginning March 1 at 11:00 p.m. - May 15 – additional $200 per Scout due

May 15 – Total balance due to keep Early Bird rate, including all additional fees such as t-shirts, classes, etc...

The health and safety of every Scout and leader is our top priority. If you have a concern regarding a summer camp experience and would like to file a complaint with the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS), you may do so using the link below.
