2023 BSA NATIONAL ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP FEES

You may have heard about this already, as have many of your families, but here is the official infographic. For those with questions, there is also an FAQ document that you can reference.

TROOPS, CREWS, SHIPS, AND EXPLORERS - YOU ARE INVITED!

Are you coming to Summer Camp at Camp Constantin? Here are a couple of helpful reminders!

Important Dates: Registration closes the Sunday prior to your arrival at 11:00 p.m. (so 7 days prior to your arrival date). All your information must be input and payment made by this date. You will not have access to make changes after this day/time.

Check-In Time: Your check-in time is listed in your registration. Go to “Update Information” under the Registration Contact and scroll down to “Check-In Time”. The time listed is your confirmed time (even if it says Sold Out!).

Health Forms: Parts A, B & C are required for ALL participants – youth, full-time adults, and part-time adults.

Paperwork:  you must have printed copies of all paperwork. Every adult, including part-time adults arriving later in the week, must have their printed paperwork handed in at time of the main unit’s check-in.

Adult Participants: All adults must be currently registered members of a unit. Merit Badge Counselor is not a unit position. Verify that every adult is currently registered in your Troop (committee or (A)SM position).

July 6: Southern Star District Committee Meeting
July 7: Camp Constantin Summer Camp Parent Night
July 9: Week 6 of Summer Camp at Camp Constantin
July 10 - 15: NYLT Session 3
July 11: Southern Star District Commissioner Cabinet Meeting
July 13: Duck Creek District Committee and Commissioner Meeting, Two Rivers Roundtable and District Committee Meeting
July 14: Camp Constantin Summer Camp Parent Night
