Operation: Beautification

Operation: Beautification

Operation: Beautification is a citywide cleanup initiative aimed at revitalizing neighborhoods. Groups that participate choose an area to clean up. The cleanup is a basic litter pick up day. How large an area and how much time a group dedicates to the area is up to the group (9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.). It can be one street or a neighborhood. Usually the size of the area chosen is dictated by the amount of volunteers the group has signed up. Only the group leader need register.

It’s also a great way to honor family members, friends, Scout leaders, and organizations with a tribute that will be seen and enjoyed by generations to come! And of course, you will be supporting the Circle Ten Council’s Scouting programs to help ensure young people build character needed to become responsible citizens and leaders.
