Circle Ten Tornado Relief Fund
At least four tornadoes swept through Henderson, Van Zandt, and Rains counties last Saturday, covering an area about 60 miles and causing massive destruction. Among the hardest hit areas were cities within our 24-county area. This fund will provide emergency supplies and relief to our Scouting families that were affected as well as fund longer-term rebuilding and recovery efforts as funds allow.
Major disasters always require a HUGE amount of support to provide both immediate relief and recovery. As an organization that is deeply rooted in the local community, we consider it our duty to assist in providing support for members of our Scouting family.
IF YOU KNOW OF A SCOUTING FAMILY AFFECTED BY THE TORNADOES, PLEASE ALERT YOUR DISTRICT EXECUTIVE (circleten.org/staff).
