Seeking an energetic and self-motivated individual to serve as an Reservation Assistant. The Reservation Assistant provides exceptional customer service to our most important asset: our Scouters, volunteers, and staff members.

The starting salary for an Reservation Assistant is $30,000. Annual salary adjustments are based on an individual's contributions and overall performance.

The Reservation Assistant selected will:

  • Schedule and process weekend and summer camp reservations
  • Update and maintain unit advancement records
  • Track and maintain membership documents
  • Maintain a cash drawer
  • Provide membership services to our volunteers and staff members by receiving payments in the form of cash, checks and/or credit card transactions
  • Provide quality customer service to both internal employees and external volunteers via phone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions in a professional and timely fashion
  • All other tasks assigned by supervisor

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent people skills, enthusiastic, punctual, responsible and creative
  • Self-motivated individual with solid time management skills and strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • General math skills
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
